Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By booking lessons or using services provided by TCH2HIT and Dawn Castañeda (“TCH2HIT”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A parent or legal guardian must agree on behalf of any participant under 18.

Scheduling & Booking

Lesson schedules are released on a monthly basis

  • Lesson schedules are released on a monthly basis
  • Requests must be submitted prior to the beginning of each month
  • Once a time slot is assigned, it becomes your recurring weekly time slot
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited (no refund or credit)
  • If rescheduled, the client will return to their original recurring time slot the following week

Payment Policy

  • All sessions must be paid for as agreed upon at booking
  • All payments are non-refundable
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations will not be credited or refunded
  • If TCH2HIT cancels a session, a reschedule, or credit will be provided

Athlete Responsibility & Conduct

Athletes are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared
  • Follow instructions and maintain respectful behavior
  • Use equipment safely

TCH2HIT reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.

No Guarantee of Results

TCH2HIT does not guarantee specific athletic, performance, or skill development outcomes. Progress depends on individual effort, consistency, and other factors outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in training involves inherent physical risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. TCH2HIT is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.

Media & Social Media

By participating, you grant permission for photos/videos to be used for training and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to Terms

TCH2HIT may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance.
